OVER PRICED

I HAVE STAYED AT MULTIPLE PROPERTIES OVER THE YEARS I RENTED THE GOLF CART A WASTE OF MONEY..THE HOUSE WAS OK AC DID NOT WORK IN THE GAME ROOM THERE WAS NOTHING IN THE HOUSE AT ALL COOKING POTS AND PANS WAS A JOKE. CHARGED EXTRA FOR THE GRILL THAT WAS RUSTED OUT BURNERS HAVE WORKED..NO PRIVACYAT ALL... THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS FOR MUCH LESS MONEY...WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN

DISAPPOINTED

VERY DISAPPOINTED in our stay. Luckily, we only stayed 3 nights and spent most of our time out of the house. The house is not as pictured. The themed bedrooms are the best part even though the wall paper is peeling off the walls. There was zero attention to detail in building/ designing this house. Very basic sloppy craftsmanship throughout the entire home. The kitchen has the bare minimum. No dish towel, no oven mitts, no coffee filters for the coffee maker. Pool table and air hockey table have a lot wear and tear. PlayStation doesn’t work. The pool and patio are much smaller than pictured. There is now a child safety fence up. There is absolutely no privacy in the backyard. There was an overpowering perfume smell throughout the whole house when we arrived. It must have been a cleaning product used before we got there. It was very strong and unpleasant. The entire resort doesn’t have much character. The littering around the re The littering around the resort is awful. The amount of plastic bags and wrappers all along the side walks and in the landscaping was unbelievable. The clubhouse pool seems smaller than pictured. The water was cold on water slides, lazy river and splash pad. The parking on the street is horrible. Other reviews said the check in process was also horrible and security was rude. I’m shocked we didn’t experience this. And the cherry on top, I found COCKROACHES on the day we left.

Spacious and modern

Family of five over from the UK for 10N stay. Property was as advertised on VRBO. Incredibly spacious, clean on arrival. Good communication from property manager with a few issues we had - broken toaster replaced and provided more cookware as found what was provided was lacking for the size of the property. The PlayStation that was listed as part of the rental was not available and upon discussing we were told it was stolen by a previous tenant. Having stayed in other Florida vrbos previously, we did notice that it was the first house that didn’t provide any kitchen essentials like salt/pepper/oil/foil etc. Not the end of the world but always a nice touch. The resort itself was fantastic. The kids loved the pool and slides area. Everywhere was very clean and tidy, not a lot of character to the estate, it was just houses as far as the eye could see. This house was a 5-7min walk to the clubhouse. We would return to the resort but would spend more time researching location so that our pool had the sun for longer (not a south facing property).
