“The room was big enough for two people and they gave us two single beds as requested. the location of the hotel couldn't have been more convenient and the breakfast was real nice and they had quite a lot of choices. One thing that I like the most was the staffs, a women there helped us with everything we needed to travel around and extended the room one more night for us. The down sides were the communication within the staffs I guess as the young lady said if we wanted to extend one more night,……

“Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Es zwar nicht alles hundertprozent perfekt aber man erkennt die Mühe, die man sich macht. Es ist alles da was man braucht, sogar Kaffee und Kaffee (Mokka) Kocher war vorhanden. Dadurch dass man zuerst durch ein verschlossenes Portal und dann erst durch die Wohnungstüre muss fühlt man sich sehr sicher! My gripe is with Wonderful Italy in general and the impossibly slow or broken internet at the property. Upon arriving to Ortegia two hours prior to check-in, the team was TERRIBLE at communicating. Apartment had everything including access to a washing machine & dryer on the ground floor. First class location for exploring Ortigia. Restaurants, bars & cafes everywhere. “Nous avions reservé l’appartement 16 de la rue Salomone. C’etait horrible, beaucoup d’humidité (murs et sols), moisissures sur les murs, les portes ne fermaient pas tellement qu’elles avaient gonflé à cause de l’humidité. Le chauffe eau n’avait pas ete allumé avant notre arrivée et le sol etait super sale. Nous avons contacté le service client et ils nous ont relogé dans un autre appartement qui était vraiment mieux. Nous avons donc passé une seule nuit dans l’appartement 16 que je déconseille……

“L'appartement est très bien situé, c'est son grand point fort. On trouve à proximité, de nombreux bars, restaurants, commerces typiques et tout est faisable à pieds. Un grand parking public est à 3 min. Il est spacieux et la cuisine est bien équipée, il dispose en outre d'une machine à laver, ce qui a été très pratique. En revanche, le canapé lit n'était pas du tout confortable, ça a été pénible d'y dormir 3 jours. Le check-in se fait à distance et ce n'est pas très pratique.”
