“Housekeeping did a great job, the room was impeccable.”

“We had an amazing room with a terrace near the huge Christmas Tree in the center of the Landings. Also, I can back to the room after cleaning and found one of my earrings on the bathroom counter. I didn't even know I had lost it. I was thrilled to have staff that goes the extra mile. I told the hotel front desk staff about my earring and left a reward for the diligent housekeeper. ”

“It was real cold in the room on arrival and cold outside so took a min to heat the room. It said accessible room but was not but overall an excellent room and place. Will visit again. ”
