This is a small private 180 square foot studio condo with a private bathroom in a beautiful Spanish colonial style building built in 1926 as a 300 + unit hotel. You will have the unit to yourself. Fresh linens, towels, coffee machine and K-Cups, we even have beach chairs and umbrella. There is a Publix market across the street with all of the food and drink you may want for your stay at the beach.
The apartment is equipped;

-Fresh towels; Please note, we are a vacation rental. We supply two sets of Fresh towels per stay, additional towels can be supplied at additional charge through my cleaning company. It requires at lease a one day notification. Charges vary depending on quantity. There is coin operated laundry room in the building if you need to do laundry.
