“I don’t understand how I could be charged an early check-in fee without anyone mentioning it at the front desk. In all the years I’ve stayed at hotels, I’ve always been informed of any additional charges before they were applied. I do not agree to pay a fee that was never disclosed to me. This morning, I asked the gentleman at the front desk what the charge was for, and he told me it was for the amenitiesnot for an early check-in. I would appreciate an explanation and ask that this charge be……

“We felt like we were staying in an elegant, but extremely comfortable home. It looks just like the photos. We stayed in the Renoir Suite for 4 nights and it was beyond our expectations. Lots of room. Beautifully decorated. Comfy bed and sheets/blankets. The continental breakfast had wonderful pastries. The cooked breakfast was very savory. It's not far from the airport. Melinda was very helpful in keeping in touch and answering questions. The beach is very close as are many great places to eat.……

“The location was awesome, walking distance to all the hotspots. Loved the history and live music…must get the info on those out back smoking section chairs😘 And don’t even get me started on the pool, to bad we had so much baggage that we had to drive our stuff over…staff at both locations were amazing, who would’ve thought you can become a member for VIP access!”

“Very charming on the outside. Wonderfully renovated on the inside. They are still renovating at the moment but you’re not in a construction zone. It was a nice hidden gem! Highly recommend!”

“The hotel itself is beautiful. The restaurants are so nice. The biggest issue was there was a DJ until 2 am on the rooftop. It was SO loud that even either noise cancelling headphones and white noise on, we got no sleep until after 2 am.”

“The property is location is amazing walking distance to almost everything in downtown Palm Beach, who were able to walk around to the shops the beach and other hotels. Victoria and the front desk was amazing. They will provide you with beach chairs, umbrellas, snacks drinks, which was such a huge plus. They have a great café next-door in the courtyard, which was delicious! even after checking out you can still use some of the hotel facilities. The hotel is 100 years old so keep that in mind,……
