“The property is well maintained and since it was the off-season, it was very quiet. It's not the Ritz, but it is clean and no offensive odors. The continental breakfast was served daily and it was freshly prepared and sufficient. The staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. All in all, a pleasant stay. Be aware - there is a $100.00 damage deposit that is not mentioned on Expedia's website. Also, there is a $20.00 per night fee for pets that is not mentioned on Expedia's website.”

“First of all, this is Carillon Beach and this is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever been to including Hawaii. Normally, we stay in a house within the community. This time we decided to stay in the Carillon Beach Inn. The property is worn and in need of a good cleaning and painting. Each unit is privately owned and managed by a local company. We did not realize this. So, some units are better taken care of than others. Ours was adequate but in need of updates. With this resort,……
