“My brother left his AirPods behind no one contacted him about an item being left behind he was tracking the item and it was moving. Room service obviously found items we called the office for an update on if an item was found no answer. Then they told us that we will not be able to recover our items unless we pick up. “Best thing about the room was the location. IMO, the description and photos were quite deceptive. The space was much smaller than depicted and the view of the bay could only be seen from the corner of the small bedroom. Also, the balcony was NOT usable at all. There was barely enough room to open the door and step out onto the ledge to see the bay much less have the option to sit for a while. More disappointing than that was the extremely loud AC unit. The air conditioner fan was so loud……
