“Good price for the proximity of the ocean; however the pillows were horrid, we found a HUGE roach about 2 inches long the last night we were there. The swimming pool was hot and a little murky looking when we first got there. After the storm went through the night before checkout, it looked clear the next morning. The description said they had a place for onsite storage of luggage and then I was told they did not the night before checkout so we left at 11am to go sit at the airport for several……

“Our experience was terrible. We were essentially left stranded with our two children. From the moment we arrived, the hotel had a strong smell of marijuana, making it completely unsuitable for families. The room we were assigned did not match our reservation. It only had one bed and a regular couch, not a sofa bed, and they expected our 11-year-old son to sleep on it. Both Expedia and we tried several times to contact the hotel, but it was impossible to get any assistance. The front desk staff……
