“Terrible checkout. Due to miscommunication we were called liars by owner and treated with terrible customer service. We apologized SEVERAL times for mix up. We were then charged an extra $200 for an hour and half late check out. Book at your own risk !!”

“Adorable cottage located in the historic district. Wonderful hosts, it was the perfect stay for my 40th birthday trip with my best friend. Great amenities: washer and dryer, dishwasher, screened porch with ceiling fan. So close to historical activities and amazing restaurants. I would love to book this rental in the future! ”

“The pool and rooftop deck were really nice. A bit of a walk around to the back of the property, and by the main house rental. We were fortunate that we were alone until our second to last day. The kitchen could’ve been better in terms of pots and pans that were decent to use for cooking. Most people probably don’t plan on doing much cooking on vacation, but we have special diets and do a lot of our own cooking. Kitchen is tiny. But nice place overall. Proximity is awesome if you’re a walker,……

“My son and I had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described, clean, and in a great location, just 3 minutes away from downtown lake worth. It's a small unit, but can fit up to 3-4 people. The property had everything you needed. And the outdoor walkway is beautiful at night. Kathy, was an excellent host—super responsive and made the check-in process incredibly easy. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Hosts were available for questions. Cottage was in a great location-a few blocks to downtown area and beach. Fenced in area for pets was a plus. Basement bedroom area-very small, smelled mildewy, door cannot be fully opened. Basement bathroom lacks adequate storage, no shelves for toiletries. Needs a good, thorough cleaning in basement and throughout cottage.Dishwasher does not clean dishes well-food residue left on plates, glasses, silverware. Clothes dryer seems very hot on various settings.”

“The place was great overall, had everything needed. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious. Hosts left goodies for the stay, communicated what was needed, and made the check-in/check-out process very easy. Would stay again. It was perfect distance from Kia Center (5 min drive) ”
