“This is a unique property. The house is beautiful, but it was a little difficult to tell what exactly we were getting from the listing. We wound up with a room with an en-suite bathroom, which I would definitely recommend, otherwise you may be sharing a bathroom with complete strangers. We stayed here as part of RAGBRAI, so it was completely full and folks were definitely having to share a bathroom and coordinate showers. Our host was attentive and accommodating when we shared our delayed arrival, and she made the check-in……

“This suited our needs in preparation of our daughter’s wedding so our immediate family could all be together. Maybe the lawn could’ve been freshly mowed for easier outside games. The house was clean and nice and fit our needs. Thank you.”

“Very clean and beautifully renovated. Lees than a block from Hy-Vee which was convenient. Will definitely stay again when visiting family.”

“This was a perfect place for an overnight getaway! Haley was great to work with and has thought about all the little touches that makes this a unique place. Had originally planned to bring our dog, which was one reason I chose this spot. We didnt end up bringing him, but he would've loved the open space. Place is new and clean! Wish our stay could've been longer, as we didnt get to enjoy the bar and firepit, as it was too windy.”
