“Overall, our stay in the hotel has been quaint and relaxing. It’s surprising that there was free coffee in the lobby for people living in there. The room was pretty big and the view was great with a canal and trees. The environment around the hotel was safe. Despite the fact that the washroom and the bathroom were separate, it was brilliant that they have provided enough towels and shower gels. The island in the living room was convenient for cooking as well. ”

“The apartment (with canal view) was wonderful--great location, quiet neighborhood, convenience for shopping and transportation. The receptionists at the hotel didn't seem very professional: not very welcoming, a bit slow with checking out, eager to sell a cab ride to the airport. The apartment is several blocks away from the hotel and does not have staff most of the time and the landline in the apartment didn't work, so it was difficult to get help from the hotel, especially when it got……
