This hotel is fabulous. The recent renovations have completely modernised the hotel from top to bottom, making it an exceptional place to stay in the heart of Amsterdam. The service is excellent, and whenever an issue arises, the staff are incredibly quick to resolve it. Thank you for a wonderful stay – we will definitely be back again soon!

The hotel is very well located. The facilites are nice and confortable. Our reservación was not processed and we didnt get the room we reserve. But the staff was very help full and solve the problem. I liked the way they Handle things ans solve it.

Fantastic stay at the Renaissance. Plenty amenities were made available to us and the room was exceptionally clean. Staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel is located very close to Centraal station and is within walking distance to all of the major attractions.

The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is beautiful, and our rooms were lovely, comfortable, and very well appointed. Unfortunately, our experience at check-in was not as welcoming or helpful as we had hoped. After nearly 12 hours of traveling, we arrived exhausted and there was no accommodation for an earlier check-in before the 4 PM check-in time. We got there very early in the morning. While we completely understand that rooms are not always available early, a little more warmth and assistance from the front desk would have made a big difference after such a long journey. The true standouts of our stay were the young men at the luggage concierge. They noticed our family literally falling asleep in the lounge area while waiting for our rooms and went out of their way to take excellent care of us. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality meant more to us than they probably realized. After such a long travel day, that small act of compassion made a lasting impression, and we will not forget it. Beautiful hotel and rooms, but the luggage concierge team truly made our arrival memorable. Hotel was very conveniently located to everything walkable.

Upon arriving to the hotel, we were greeted by friendly employees. It was a maze finding our room; however, it was well worth it! The room was spacious and clean. On the second night we had a leak coming from the ceiling. The front desk was quick to address the issue and moved our room. The on site amenities were great as well as the location! No complaints!
