Great location, comfortable beds. Delicious pastries in the coffee shop. Bar in nice location but found that there were not enough servers. We stayed 2 nights and each night was busy with people due to business conventions and private parties, ergo not enough servers.

This hotel is fabulous. The recent renovations have completely modernised the hotel from top to bottom, making it an exceptional place to stay in the heart of Amsterdam. The service is excellent, and whenever an issue arises, the staff are incredibly quick to resolve it. Thank you for a wonderful stay – we will definitely be back again soon!

The hotel is very well located. The facilites are nice and confortable. Our reservación was not processed and we didnt get the room we reserve. But the staff was very help full and solve the problem. I liked the way they Handle things ans solve it.

Fantastic stay at the Renaissance. Plenty amenities were made available to us and the room was exceptionally clean. Staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel is located very close to Centraal station and is within walking distance to all of the major attractions.
