The host thought of everything for the beach - chairs, mats, towels, goggles, water shoes, etc.Very very clean, amazing water pressure, super convenient location in old town, very secure, and spacious!Would definitely come back to this place!Just be aware - no elevator and it is on the 4th floor.”

“Everything was great! The check in card did say there was an elevator, which there was not. Not an issue for me but may present an issue for someone with a mobility issue as it was on the third floor with steep steps. ”

“A very well situated apartment in the heart of the old city and away from the craze of rue Saint Francois de Paule. We were able to walk and tram to many attractions from this nicely appointed apartment. The apartment featured walls two-foot thick meaning no noise from the bustle of the city. Our hosts provided all that’s need to feel at home and cook meals if you desire. We loved Nice and the surrounding towns - when we return we will rent the apartment again. Oh! And very responsive……
