“ Clean. Photos mostly true to life, clean towels were stacked on hamper for dirty linen in kitchen. Cold and unwelcoming. Parking instructions unclear, right from what? Left from what? You could add a diagram under check in instructions to show how people should park. Security pad too complicated with no instructions in check in,only the numbers. I wasn’t sure which door to enter or how to use security pad. The unit was not labeled with a number. Manager/owner was a little bit rude when……

“The location and unit worked well for our needs. It was clean, well appointed, great location to enjoy Beverly with friends and family and was as described in the listing. We enjoyed walking around the side streets and also found driving to various places convenient. Plus the host is super responsive! ”

As I ascended the chilly stairs to the penthouse, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But the moment I opened the door, I was greeted by the striking elegance of a first-class, four-bedroom apartment. My stay was nothing short of exceptional.”

“Overall a good stay!The host was great—very responsive and even provided check-in details early when we noticed a discrepancy in the listed time (VRBO shows 3pm, but actual check-in is 4pm). The unit had plenty of dishes and essentials to eat off of, which was a nice touch.A few things to note: the AC unit is wall-mounted and doesn’t cool each room individually. The entrance has steep stairs, which might be difficult for some, and the location felt a bit off at first—just something to be aware……
