"Had some issues with my ac and fridge for the first time and I stay here regularly. Staff was on it immediately, offered a new room but I was happy to wait for a tech. Got it going ASAP! Only place I trust over night. The cookies they have are always so delicious too! 10/10 recommend. Great option for beer if you’re into it, right down the street from a great brewery!"

"Stayed here overnight on our way to Yosemite. Was a great house. We wanted something with a gate so we didn't have to unload our truck and this fit the bill. The house is small but it is very cozy and clean. There is ample room both in the back yard and the front yard to hang out in. The kitchen was nice and clean and would've been nice to use had we stayed more than one night."

"Very cozy, super clean, and rooms were very comfortable. The weekend we stayed there ended up being 100 degree weather, but the house stayed nice and cool. We wanted to check out Fresno state college for my soon to be senior, and it was only a short drive away. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. There was a house party down the way on Saturday night with a full DJ outside (looked like a great party!), but as soon as we got in the house we couldn’t hear much and slept just fine so the windows definitely blocked out a lot. Overall, great stay. Thank you!"
"This is a beautiful home, and very very clean and organized. The host, Masato, responded almost immediately when we had some questions and a request. They sent us clear, concise check-in instructions two days before our trip.Checkout was also very simple. They made it very clear that they were our hosts and our comfort was their top priority."
"We were in town adopting a baby. The baby was in the NICU for a few days and it was perfect location close to the hospital. The atmosphere of the condo complex was relaxing and the condo its self was a perfect place to relax and recoup. We had a situation where we need to extend our stay and the host was wonderful and responsive. Directions on the vrbo website are a little off but the host quickly got ua to where we needed to go. Would 10-10 stay here again."

"Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. This home was not only clean and smelling good but very comfy. I've stayed in many hotels before this is way better than a hotel. The fridge had water, there was coffee ready to brew, detergent to wash your clothes etc. For the host to provide all these amenities at not extra cost wow! Thank you! I want to thank Masato and Ramon for their quick response and providing the best communication. I would definitely book here again. Fyi....loved the details on the napkins and toilet paper "
"No parking only have to park on the street which was cloudy with neighbor's car plus the house is way behind the backyard little bit creepy for only girls. The house look clean but always runout hot water in shower"

"It was clean, cute and good for our weekend stay. The neighborhood is in the Tower District so we expecting the older feel of Fresno and appreciate that it was well secured and gated! Our favorite part was the lounge chairs because they were so comfortable to sit in after a long day."
