“The service in the lodge of resturant is cold and My prada eyewear and box got lost in restraunt when restaurant manager is preparing the table. while the cctvs did not founction well during the time of theft. The lodge manager Dismas simba did not say anything sorry and do not care if i post the experience to other places. i filed the case in local police. police is going to investigate and ask them why all the cctvs failed to work just during the time of theft.”

“ I would say to anyone considering staying in this property think again, and move to another lodge unless you like to be harassed, kidnapped for 12 hours ( by locking the gate and not letting us go to Serenity four seasons till midnight when it was too late), Keeping me and my friend outside without a/c, food or water in the heat of Tanzania. Manager in Neptune Ngorongoro acted like he belongs to some criminal enterprises, thinking of nothing as racketeering, insults, threats, intimidations by……

“It's a cosy place and its convenient to access the lodge, as it just off the main road. They are also very eco aware and do their best to upcycle things. The staff, in particular Marcus, was fantastic at ensuring that we had everything we needed. The lunchbox we better than average and it was good value for money.”

“Family 'room' was excellent. However, for a December visit a bathroom heater was sorely needed and towel bars for drying towels. Every resort should have a safety bar in shower for young or old!”
