Staff there are very welcoming. Always willing to answer your questions and have an interesting chat with you.
The breakfast was really nice with a big variety of food.
There is also a restaurant in the hotel. The cuisine was tasty but a bit pricy.
The location is a bit far from the train station. You would need to walk for 10 min to the bus station and take another 10 min bus to Utrecht Centrale, but I think it's acceptable”

"I really love this hotel! It’s very eco-friendly, comfortable, and smells great. The design is so stylish, and I truly enjoy everything about it.
The only thing that really bothered me was the occasional light knocking sound on the walls throughout the day. It especially affected my sleep at night.
Also, the pillows were too soft for my preference.
If I have the chance, I’d love to stay here again, but I hope the knocking sound won’t happen next time.
