I was very disappointed that i booked a room for 2 but only 1 breakfast was included. Also i was told that they don't cater for vegetarians. This is shocking.

The room is excellent in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The staff is friendly. The hotel does seem to cater to a business/conference audience, not tourists. The place is in a residential neighbourhood about 2 km from the train station and old town. It can be a tough walk if you have some luggage bags. There are 2-3 neighbourhood restaurants and a supermarket about 10 minutes of walking away and that's pretty much it in the immediate area. A small shopping mall with a few grocery stores and fast food joints are about 20 minutes of walking away.

Would be very convenient to include a pot to make hot water for coffee or tea. A room refrigerator would also be a nice amenity. It shouldn't be so difficult to obtain an extra bed-pillow when asked.

Very convenient location, the staff extremely nice and helpful. They really go the extra mile. Nice location close the canals, where I enjoyed walk. The rooms are clean and the food fantastic.

Staff is helpful and speaks English. Hotel is right on a bus line into old part of town and the canals. Pleasant stay, but empty food dishes were not removed from my room when it was cleaned.

The hotel was very nice and a breakfast was optional. I did not partake but many others did. Probably because not much else, if anything was around in walking distance. What set this hotel apart from other stays on my trip was the staff. Every one was friendly and helpful. Check in with Rene was a breeze. Jessie went above and beyond to help me find information that was easier to obtain by speaking Dutch, which I don't. My gratitude to her and all the others. I would stay again but a car is helpful.
