“The reception staff were excellent very helpful. Cleaners were always available in case of needing anything. The pool area could do with some tlc but other than this very happy with the hotel and will stay again. ”

“Belles chambres mais service et ménage à revoir pour un hotel qui se permets de se nommer "palace". Terrasse grande mais peu utilisable car elle donne sur un espace assez horrible et bruyant. Petiot déjeuner très mal organisé. C'est dommage car ce qu'ils proposent est bon. Emplacement à 30mn de la plage et du centre. Il faut marcher pour trouver un taxi car aucune aide du "concierge". Le quartier est calme mais trop excentré et sans aucune commodité. Aucune navette organisée par hôtel qui n'est……

“This is a perfect place to spend a few days relaxing if thats your thing - and it is mine. The rooms are incredible (we had a junior suite and I was really impressed) the ambience of the public spaces is warm, friendly and convivial and the staff are stellar -particular shout out to Rida in the restaurant who hit the balance being professional and attentive at all times and personal and warm when the opportunity arose. It was particularly amusing to find some of the most beautiful and friendly……

“First time in Agadir and first time in Morocco. Had an absolutely wonderful time at the Sofitel. All the staff were very polite and helpful. The pool area is beautiful, and the hotel has its own beach area looking out onto the promenade with a sea view. The nearest shops and other restaurants are a bit or a walk but you don’t really need to leave the hotel. Souk El Had was a 50MAD taxi ride away. There was lots of options at the breakfast buffet- I’m missing the fresh bread! Would definitely……
