Welcome to The Dreamsicle, a charming three-bedroom townhouse nestled within the gated community of Banana Bay Villas in Perdido Key. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and a dining table that comfortably seats six, making mealtime a breeze. After a day at the beach, unwind in the spacious living area or step through the sliding glass doors to your private patio, where a gas grill and a six-person outdoor dining table set the scene for a perfect cookout.

The first-floor main bedroom features a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and direct patio access, along with an en-suite bathroom boasting a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and a flat-screen TV, with a nearby bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. Upstairs, a cozy loft area with a queen-size Murphy bed and a flat-screen TV provides additional relaxation space. The third bedroom includes a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to a third bathroom with a shower/tub combo. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available, ensuring a comfortable and carefree stay.

Super clean & lovely decor

We rented this unit due to its proximity to our friends’ home. The level of cleanliness and the lovely decor was outstanding. There is also an additional living room upstairs that was great for our teenage daughter to have her own space. Since we were in the are visiting our friend at their beach house, we didn’t use the pool or on site beach, but both were beautiful and convenient. Would definitely recommend!
