The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was great the breakfast, the room was very clean, roomy and quiet. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, when we didn't feel like going out. Building and grounds are well maintained. Plenty of available parking. Upon arrival, there was a cat walking all on the counter. We were given a room that smelled of mothballs. There were toddlers running in the hallway dressed only in their underwear while the parents were on the phone. There was a dog in the room next to us that barked constantly all night. Breakfast offerings were pretty basic, even for a 3 star hotel. Our room key cards had to be re-keyed twice, and we are usually pretty intentional about not storing our room card near other items that could de-magnetize it. The fan in the bathroom ran all the time. We checked with the front desk and he said it couldn’t be turned off. It was for ventilation. We had to keep the door closed. Limited selection on the TV, only Dish TV.
