Getting to the hotel was a nightmare. The hotel was under construction which meant they were down to 1 elevator and you had to go up to the 3rd floor to check in. It wasn’t horrible but I would have appreciated knowing about it in advance. The only thing that made this a 4 vs. A 5 star was the construction that was going on at the hotel. It blocked the entire front entrance which made coming and going a little challenging. Shower drain not working properly 2\. Hot water took a long time to warm up 3\. Too many charges that didn't really add to my overall positive experice (delivery charges, service charges) that a plain bagel sandwich w egg, bacon and cheese ended up to cost $33 dollars! I will hesitate to consider/stay at this hotel again.
