  • Welcome to the remodeled studio in Tempe! This studio was designed with comfort in mind—with a newly remodeled kitchenette, bathroom and sleeping/living area space with a queen bed and a futon. Enjoy the Arizona sun outside in the private yard area or relax in the shared pool (not heated). Located minutes from ASU’s campus and Mill Ave., only 12 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. You also have access to charge your EV for no extra cost on our 40 amp EV charger that’s shared with the next door unit.
