I have two videos showing the circumstances I encountered at this property. The A/C was so loud I could not sleep. The room is infested with huge roaches. I woke up after my second night with a huge roach crawling on my hand!! The property manager said they would only refund 50% of the unused nights. This is crazy!! I cannot remain at the property and have left. I DEMAND A FULL REFUND FOR THE 7 NIGHTS I DID NOT STAY AT THE PROPERTY.
