The staff was nice. The room was not clean. There were stains on the walls, and spots of what appeared to be blood in the bathroom. There was 1 tiny trash can in the room, that was never serviced while we stayed there for 3 nights. The first night, the sink backed up. I told the lady at the desk and she let the maintenance man know, when we returned the second night, it was still plugged and stayed that way until the last night after she had to tell him again and he actually fixed it after saying he did. The pool was ok but the hot tub was NOT hot, freezing cold, actually. There are a lot of people staying there for long term basis and some that seemed to be up to questionable activities. Parking is not ideal since it's not a great neighborhood. (Never came on) there were roaches in the room, I got bitten by an unknown insect during the night and now after over 12 hours later it is still itching and burning. the curtains did not close properly, the upstairs floor transfered the noise from the upstairs customers down to the room below, made it very loud. The air conditioning worked fine. The mattress was so old that it sagged on both sides. The floor was dirty and needed to be mopped. When I walked up to check in, I was told that I had to make a $60 deposit after I had pre-paid for my stay. (She waived it after I objected).
