Property is in great shape, room was clean, the bed was firm which I like. The Staff gave me a couple extras and were always friendly. The restaurant had a nice breakfast and the pricing was fair, and the wait staff was great there as well. Location to the Convention is unbeatable and I felt safe when walking about Downtown, which is very clean compared to many other areas I have been. Look forward to coming back to the Hyatt soon!

Hotel Check in staff was great, helpful and quick. Hotel had some wear on it, but the price for the stay offset the small blemishes. Only issues was restaurant on premises, staff was rude and not helpful. Seat yourself set up was chaotic. Luckily hotel is located near several nice restaurants. Would repeat stay.
