“The owners of the hotel have done an amazing job bringing life back to a 100+ year old gem of a property. The restaurant and downstairs lounge/ fireplace area call back to a charm of years gone by when care was put into the decor and furnishings of places. “It is about a 15-20 walk from the Westlake light rail station. Beware, the exit from the station goes to the corner of Pine & 3rd which literally is drug addict central. Seriously, people were shooting up and smoking meth right on the sidewalk. We walked away really fast. The location is great and close to everything, but it is downtown and as in most downtowns around the country there are a number of homeless people walking around (but NOT as bad at Pine & 3rd).
