“Had a great time with family. We had all that we needed. The cabin was clean, the deck and dog area was spacious, the fire pit was fun for making s’mores. Too hot for the hot tub but was private and nice. Having the two separate cabins gave all some privacy at night to unwind from the day.”

“Wonderful host! Beautiful campsite! Clean Port-a-potty, with 2-ply toilet tissue! Awning over a picnic table for a nice dinner, there's a grill, fire ring, wood supplied and chairs. We camped at "Big D's Pond", one of his two camping sites. The only drawback is that there's no place to wash/clean up. "Hippie baths" All in all, you will not be disappointed!”

“My family and I had a great stay - A wonderful location and comfortable rooms. The hot tub is a nice touch in the back. I love being able to explore nature, far away from cell phone reception.It wasn't obvious how/where to use the kayaks, so we left them alone, but the water was moving too fast to use with children anyway. “This house was great and most importantly spacious enough for two young families with kids to share for a weekend. Although we didn't bring our dogs this time, it's great to know that's an option. And I do have to say that there was no evidence of former pet guests if that is of any concern to potential bookers- very clean, no stains, no smells.We have family in the area and have already talked about booking future stays now that we have young kids and need more space than staying with relatives……
