"Our first time at the Balcomo. It was nicely decorated, grounds were well maintained, and the pool area was wonderful. It had an a resort type feeling. We would highly recommend."

"Stayed in a villa with 5 people, very spacious and the kitchen was great. The living room has patio doors that back into the garden area with a patio table which was lovely. The beds were comfortable and rooms well sized! Staff was very attentive and helpful. Boardwalk was closed unfortunately but still able to use the lakeside seating at the Hotel Eldorado. "

"I arrived just before dinner. I checked in, went to my room, had a good meal downstairs and then went for a swim. Loved the inside/outside pool. It was refreshing. The room and bathroom were comfortable and I had a great night’s sleep. Fully recommend to others. "
