“Very clean, bed is so comfortable and the in room coffee was really good! Only downfall is it’s on the Westside. Quite a bit out of town, perfect for winery visits but close to city centre”

“One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because of the Expedia Gold status VIP perks.When asked about it during check in the reception was very cold and would not honour perks as promoted. Very disappointed as this was a first with any Expedia bookings. Will not be back.”

“Facing the golf course water foundation is nice. However, there was a body hair on one do the bed and the air conditioner was too noisy at night. The waterside in the pool was very fast, some kids found it very fun but some found found it quite intimidating. The waffle in the breakfast is yummy.”

“We have stayed here multiple times over the past few years and everything was good. This visit I felt there were several opportunities for the hotel to do a better job. Our room was tidy but the carpet is getting worn and felt dirty. We have always arrived early in the past and steps were always taken to get us in early. This time it was not possible as the hotel had been heavily booked the night before. We understand this but it was not until checking back after several hours that the front……

“My room was as advertised but the furnishings were more worn then expected for the renovated portion. The staff was excellent and the hotel exercise room was great. My bed was comfortable and the room was clean. For the lower price in comparison for the area, I would stay there again. ”
