Great girls get away…

Everything was perfect! The location on the beach, a block away from all the shops and restaurants… we needed a beach break - it was paradise for us!

Outstanding property in the best location!

Could not be happier with our experience at this property. This is in the very middle of PDC and the condo is a gorgeous all around. Will definitely come back.

Week in playa

Beautiful property. Overlooking the ocean, tons of room. It is over a bar, but live music every night which we enjoyed and when we went to bed it was quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Safe and lovely .

Great place overall

Overall very good experience and nice property. What we loved: Beautiful 180 degrees ocean views, large main kitchen/living area, bottled water in kitchen for drinking water, nice clean appliances, clean bedsheets, good air conditioning, great location to restaurants, bars and shopping, security man on site, TV in all rooms, good amount of closet space and hangers, main door access very easy, great communication with property manager for questions, had beach towels, friendly cleaners came every other day, close free parking for our rental car. What could be better: sofa had stains and worn down and stained pillows and wasn’t comfortable, master bedroom bed was squeaky, no laundry detergent ( we had to buy this and we left it there for next guest), washer would not do spin cycle so we had to ring out our wet clean clothes ourselves, elevator only worked 2 out of 8 days we were there, main living level outdoor patio furniture was missing cushions, upper level deck outdoor shower/toilet didn’t look usable and was dirty. Upper level deck also was bare/empty and only had one chair and no decorations. The whole upper patio looked old and vacant and run down and not an area we could enjoy. We had a great time at this property and would stay there again

Amazing!

I am always impressed with the condo. It is always beautiful, clean and comes equipped with everything you need. This was my 3rd time staying here, I will not stay anywhere else when visiting Playa. My fiancé could not get over how large the condo is, the view, and how close it is to 5th ave. We will be returning again very soon!

Incredible 😍

This place was absolutely incredible. The host was very polite and informative. The location was even better than I imagined. The night life starts the second you leave your condo and it's about a ten minute walk to the farry to go to Cozumel. I stayed there by myself but this place was too amazing not to share, so next time I'll be bringing a guest with me.

Great location, the host was easy tonget a hold of when checking jn. Really enjoyed our stay very clean and nicely decorated. We will definitely be back to stay next year or soon hopefully. And hopentonstay longer. Thank you.

Fabulous location!

My husband and I stayed at this condo for four days. The pictures don't do it justice - it is just beautiful, spacious, clean, and perfectly located. The views are incredible - our morning routine was to walk to Ah Cacao for coffee, then sit on the balcony watching the beach area wake up. There is a narrow swimmable beach in front of the building, a much larger beach nearby that gets very crowded, and the 28th St beach is a 15 minute walk away. We enjoyed live music at Zenzi Beach restaurant below our room, walked Fifth Street several times, waved to Miguel the doorman every day - he kept our bags safe when we had to check out a couple of hours before our airport ride. Benjamin (manager) was very responsive when the refrigerator wasn't working - showed up within an hour and then told us about the town and recommended restaurants (El Fogon was great). We were allowed a late checkout which gave us time for one last swim and helped with our late flight home. We can't wait to go back - one of the best places we've ever rented.

Awesome Place!

The property was amazing. It was right in the heart of walking to everything - bars, restaurants, and shops. The view from the penthouse was amazing, but not as private as we would have liked, but was still amazing. The only unpleasant thing about this place is it’s right below a beach bar/restaurant that plays very loud music late into the night. Not very peaceful on the balcony, however, the noise was subdued once you go back into the condo and could minimally be heard from inside the bedroom. However, I would recommend this bar because it’s right where you’re staying, the food and drinks were great and the live music is pretty good. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone and stay here again. They had all the amenities to make you feel like you were at home. We had a rental car and the security guards made it very easy to park everyday.

Great location in PDC, close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay here, the condo is in easy walking distance of all of the main attractions in PDC. The unit is clean and well maintained, very spacious.The elevator was broken which was kind of a pain, but manageable. On-site parking is a huge plus! The restaurant below has live music every night. It can be a lot of fun, but you should be prepared that it is there. We didn't have any problems sleeping and we go to bed early.

Great condo with lots of stairs

The condo description is accurate on VRBO site. Pros.. Large condo Clean Lots of towels & beading On the beach Safe neighborhood Cons Elevator broken Rooftop patio, not well kept Club downstairs very loud until 11:00 Overall, the value at this condo is excellent. I would stay here again.

46th Anniversary

My wife and I stayed at this property and really enjoyed the condo and location. The only thing that we didn’t expect was the rooftop terrace was in need of repairs. The stucco had fallen in several locations from the overhead columns but we didn’t use that area and really enjoyed the balcony. Overall we were very pleased. Thanks for a great vacation.

The perfect vacation

We spent about a week at this property and were delighted! With the condo itself - spacious, clean, cool, nicely appointed, fronting the beach and sea with gorgeous views. With the location - on the quieter end of the beach in Playa, two short blocks from the "strip" or Ave. 5 with its carnival atmosphere, short walks to banks, supermarket (Super Soriano), and both ADO terminals (ac bus to various, including the airport in Cancun). Noise from both beach the Ave. 5 was canceled by windows and balcony door. Only complaint - kitchen needs more silverware and some spatulas and tupperware would be nice. Also access to the roof deck, uncovered and without a functioning pool, was not necessary. But a great place from which to enjoy Playa, explore Tulum and ferries to Isla Mujeres and Cozumel a plus. Who needs the all-inclusive resort? Enjoy Mexico, in Mexico.

Excellent stay

Very clean, excellent location, nicely decorated only had a little hard time getting into the bath tub, beds are comfortable, pillows are a little bit hard. Enjoyed our stay very much, would go back again. The restaurant on the back of the building is also very good. I Highly recommend this place.

Loved the sound of the waves

The best part of the space for us was the deck and comfortable furniture to drink coffee in the morning and hang out in the afternoon. Beware if you are sensitive to noise because live music starts early evening and lasts until after midnight. Air conditioning and ear plugs worked to drown out--however, we could not enjoy the deck in the evening because of the loud music and partying. Otherwise, highly recommend.

Spectacular Views

The condo was larger than I expected, showed exactly as pictured! Check in/out was super easy. Location was great for us, just one block from 5th Ave. We rented a car and there was parking at the condo with 24 hr security, which gave us peace of mind. The kitchen has everything you need. Beds were comfy. Below the condo is Zenzi Beach, great restaurant & bar. We enjoyed the nightly live music from the deck. It was a well controlled area, we always felt safe. I'm a light sleeper yet the noise from the bar didn't really disturb us. (Turn on a fan for white noise and I slept good) the Only issue was getting in and out the tub/shower! If you have mobility issues like myself, it's a challenge but luckily I have long legs and figured a way for me. There are steps to get in, but those don't help you get out! In my opinion It would be much better access without the glass. That was our only hiccup. It was a great stay! No surprises and definitely would stay there again!!

Wonderful

Condo is great and the elevator is now working which was a nice unexpected bonus. Pictures showing beach space aren’t entirely accurate as a wonderful bar/restaurant occupies that space. At the beginning of our 2 week stay there was no sand near to lay on and we had to walk down the beach but by the end of our 2 week stay the beach shifted and there was a strip of sand that allowed us to sit out and not need to rent chairs elsewhere.
