“Staff was patient and polite. However, everything else was awful. Room smelled bad, walls and furniture where stained and filthy. Pillows were old and gross. The shower curtain would't stay closed. The frig didn't work properly and the door was hard to open due to the unit being in a tray. The AC had a loud high pitched whine and the TV was out half my stay. The ice machine in the hall wasn't working. The parking lot was full of shady people hanging out in their cars and listening to loud music……

“Full of crackheads. First room was dirty hair in the tub dirt on the floors dirty sheets and blankets. Second room was next door to a couple who fought very loudly about drugs ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT. Scared my son at one point it sounded like something was being slammed against the walls. Staff kept coming to “talk” to them but nothing ever happened and they never stopped.”

“Was there for a 4 day stay .Second day the pool was closed by the Florida Department of Health. We were unable to use it the rest of our stay When I inquired at the desk when the pool would be open the clerk at the desk actually try telling me that the pool is usually closed during Hurricane Season. Of course being from Florida I knew that was ridiculous.Knowing how well they keep the pool is a big reflection on how they keep the rest of the property.And as a bonus when first checking into our……

“Hotel was nice and clean. I came around 7pm the front desk lady was rude. She act like she had an attitude. No greeting when coming in the door. She spoke when I said something. She didn’t say what time breakfast end or start and why I have to pay 20 deposit. Overall the hotel was a nice place to stay at.”

“I have stayed at Hampton Inns in many different locations for many years. Some clearly better than others. This one was a standout. On the outskirts of of Tarpon Springs and it was pleasantly quiet which is a big concern of mine. Breakfast buffet /coffee was excellent. Pool was clean and well maintained. Room was large and the AC kept me cool. Staff was friendly.”
