"My family had a wonderful stay at the Come to Me Inn! Easy to access, clean, comfy cottage with a lovely view of Grand Lake! My husband and son took advantage of the kayaks available, I took advantage of the seats on the deck ;) The hosts left a lovely welcome bag with treats and activities for our son. We would definitely stay again if visiting this side of the state! "

"Excellent location on Long Lake and a short trip to the big lake and Alpena. Open floor plan was great and the kitchen was amazing. Firewood ready to go for the campfire and plenty of chairs for everyone. Everything went smoothly with directions and check in, wireless connectivity and working smart tv. A very nice experience!! "This cottage was cute as can be! The beds were comfortable, although not queen beds. One kid slept comfortably on the couch. We could see the lake from the front of the house and the kitchen. We enjoyed sitting in the chairs at the front porch, hear the water as you watch people walk by or drive by in their golf carts and waved. It was a nice little neighborhood. Its relaxing to be close to the water, and there's a little boat ramp a short walk away where there were people fishing and the kids could swim. It's a rocky beach where it's fun to look at all the rocks and watch the sun set over the lake. The address that VRBO sent was wrong but Amy told me this information, but I had to ask the day of for the entry instructions. Communication was quick and helpful. It's small and quaint, like Grandma's house should be, and has everything you need. You'll enjoy it. "

"Beautiful, quiet, peaceful. Close enough to Alpena that you can experience some of what a city has to offer, far enough away that you have peace and quiet. The kayaks got put to use on the river and everything that we could need had been thought of. Plenty of dishes to use. Plenty of chairs to sit by the fire. Plenty of firewood to burn. Check-in was stress-free. We met the host for a quick tour and they were available via text if we had any need. Cell reception in the area was spotty, but that's not always a bad thing. A great opportunity to leave work at work!"

"This place exceeded my expectations- it was such a cute mom/pop spot. The fridge and microwave both worked great, good selection of channels on the tv. The room was a little on the small side but very clean. My kids were a little bummed the playground was disassembled but they had the beach and park right across the road to make up for it! "

"The stay was great!! The pictures don't do the property justice as it was better than we could have expected. It was perfect for 12 friends getting away in their 30s. We planned to go to the beach but enjoyed the river so much we didn't bother leaving. The fire pit is a bit away from the house but that turned out to be great due to allowing early birds to not be interrupted by laughter and light music. We ran out of propane for the grill and Tammys husband came by within 5 minutes with a new tank! Would absolutely stay there again."

"We enjoyed our stay. It was well equipped with all the necessities. The house has a lot of comfortable seating for larger families. We loved the front porch, it also has a lot of comfortably seating. The location is great, just a few blocks from the park, marina and Lake Huron. Many stores and restaurants are also in walking distance. We brought our bikes and enjoyed riding ariund town and along the shoreline. We would definitely rent again!"
