"This property was centrally located but still away from the hustle and bustle. We had a great stay. Jess at the front desk is the best and the gentlemen that assisted us with valet were pretty awesome good too. If you when a chance to order room service- pls do. We ordered their seafood risotto, fresh basked focaccia bread, lasagna and their mussels. We ordered both nights. It was that good! Would definitely stay there again!"

"Perfect place to stay if you are going to a game. T-Mobile, Lumen Field & the waterfront are all within walking distance. Our room was clean & comfortable. All the furnishing were new & the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Finally, the staff were all awesome - excellent service. We will definitely return to the Populus."

"The Arctic is a wonderfully restoed historic hotel with top- notch staff. It's close to the waterfront and in the heart of downtown without being congested. The breakfast was a feast and the bar-lobby was another historic treat."

"The hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport. They have a shuttle that comes every hour (if you call them) which we took advantage of. We used it to go from the hotel to the airport to catch the light rail into downtown then had them pick us up. It will also drop you and pick you up from the mall that that is about 2 miles away where there are a lot of restaurants. It would be nice if the shuttle would run every 1/2 hour instead of an hour, but it’s better than nothing. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and responsive. Breakfast was much better than expected for the size of the hotel. "
