“Beautiful property. Clean and beautifully decorated. The resort has anything that you want to keep active. We would definitely rent again.”

“When we arrived the cleaning lady was there. The code to the door did not work. She was very instrumental in getting a new code. It’s a duplex so neighbors can be an issue. First set were awesome, second set (no fault of their own) we could hear doors shutting very late. Needs more seating in the tv room. Only one couch. No broom for sweeping up the sand, had to buy one. Left it there for the next visitors. Bathroom toilet developed a leak from around the base. Leaked into the closet in the...

“It is a wonderful place for 2 to stay! We enjoyed the location and the cleanliness of the place. The only issue we had was the first day with the shower... the hot and cold settings are reversed in comparison to the knobs, but whenever we reached out to the hosts they were very quick to answer and so helpful! I would highly recommend staying here.”

“The location was fantastic - it is right on a quiet stretch of the Panama City beach and has many convenient restaurants and stores nearby. The back patio was the best part as it has plenty of seating, a grill, path to the beach, and showers. We sat out there every morning and evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! ”

“A couple of friends and I were in town for the weekend and stayed at Dawn's lovely Bahama Beach location. It was great for us with separate bedrooms and bathrooms, great proximity to the activities we wanted to do and excellent communication from Dawn. Check-in and check-out were easy. Clean, spacious, and well-appointed. We were wishing we had more time there! ”
