“Loved the location!!! I will be returning. Very quiet hotel”

“Clean room”

“Above average free breakfast and free shuttle to resort locations.Theming was great!”

“Too many ants in the room”

“We had a room on the top floor and getting up there could definitely be a challenge for some, there is an elevator but only on one side of the building. The top balcony was extremely slanted and made everyone feel dizzy as they walked to and from the room. The room smelled musty and mildew-y when we first opened the door, it was much worse in the bathroom. We went swimming in the pool, which looks MUCH nicer online than in person. After we showered and smelled our swimsuits, they all smelled……

“Love the room. I wish communication was better. And I wish the parking was better. Love everything else. Really love the bed slept so good.”

“Great Property”

“The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. Unhappy”

“Never saw anyone that worked there until when we were pulling out to leave for home. No one there to check in had to do it by phone with the street noise in the background.”

“This is one of the nicest stays we have ever had in Branson, and we visit several times a year. It was beautiful, clean and the ladies at the front desk are so kind and helpful. Amazing! We will be back!”

“Everything was great, until the second night when we went grill steaks for dinner. The outdoor grill wouldn’t lite. I called the front desk, maintenance came right away and tried to fix it. When they couldn’t, they replaced it either brand new one. Dinner was saved. Service was fantastic!!!”

“Very nice hotel…we have stayed there many times and will be back again.”

“Adorable cabin. Had everything we needed. Helpful when had a few questions. ”
