The rooms are beautifully designed, clean, spacious and have a fantastic view. Jan was an incredible host and amazing cook. We felt very fortunate to spend our last days in Costa Rica here. "Casa molto bella ma un po’ lasciata andare , il personale è praticamente inesistente a parte la padrona di casa che vive lì. Nessuno è venuto a pulire la camera che tra l’altro non aveva nemmeno la porta e di notte dato che anche il portico e la porta vengono lasciate aperte mi sono trovata un gatto nel letto. "We had good time gloria took us for lapas lapario tour which was good experience and we had to move our last night from barcelo tambor a barcelo san jose.. we got helped by staff name Juvenal ortiz roman an abigail from front office.. and it saved our flight from missing.. it was great experience..it was our 3rd stay in 3rd country with Bercelo hotels. Suggestions more options in vegetarian and other food options would be nice.."
