“Stay was good. Shower 🚿 head needs some attention. Leaking. Mattress needs to be changed slowly caving in in the centre. Sleeper couch mattress is horrendous. Sleeper couch was grubby. Needs a good clean. Overall the place was spotlessly clean. Came across 1 cockroach. Pool was good. Cleaning staff and security are very pleasant. Front desk not sufficiently manned. ”

“A small, intimate and immaculate establishment - like your own little villa! Not only was the breakfast (hot and cold) awesome, but it was the extra little touches that made an impression. For example: Although there was no restaurant for lunch & dinner, picnic tables, a microwave, plates, utensils and condiments were provided for guests' "bring-their-own-meal" use, little cookies daily with the in-room tea/coffee facilities, an honesty bar area, with an ice-maker, I could go on! “We had a lovely couple of nights stay. It’s a great location for visiting Umhlanga, everyone was lovely and the accommodation was extremely comfortable with a lovely lounge at the top of the property, with a great view of the sea. Highly recommend and will stay again when next visiting”

“The lodge is well located in the Hillcrest area, close to the Main Road with it's shops and restaurants. Bev the hostess was very welcoming and seemed prepared to go out of her way to assist her guests. The breakfast in the morning was varied and good. The room, while on the small side, was adequately furnished with a comfortable bed. There were a number of small items which detracted from my stay. “We really had a great stay. The staff are welcoming, friendly and very helpful. We were visiting family and the location was very convenient & easy to get to everywhere we needed to. The B&B is clean & tidy, the rooms serviced every day, clean linen & towels and plenty of space in our room. It provided us with a home away from home, and for some peace & quiet. With a small fridge in the room, and a kettle for tea & coffee, plus access to the kitchen with microwave & other facilities, it allows……
