“The apartment was not clean at all. 136 self catering. Had to put my all my food in the fridge because of the cockroaches that were all over the apartment. The towels looked like they were from white to cream white. My main bedroom shower water had no pressure at all, had to shower for over 45 minutes in order to feel clean. “The apartment was cockroach infested (all over the cutlery, shower, under beds, etc.). The floors were so dirty that just walking barefoot led to a layer of caked dirt underfoot. The staff at reception were nice enough, but the hygiene situation is unacceptable. Especially since they somehow expect their guests to clean up the apartment before leaving.”
