“By far one of the coolest places to stay for anyone who loves old mansions and history! Hosts were super accommodating with clear instructions! Absolutely loved the period decor to match the theme. Felt like we stepped back in time for a brief moment and definitely left fun, lasting memories! Easy parking. There are stairs involved to access upper levels. Anyone with skeletal issues - arthritis might want to stick with lower levels. Otherwise, absolutely wonderful! Thank you ”

“Shanara’s den is exactly a described.It is a warm, cozy and spacious area that is nicely decorated. All the comforts of home. Great neighborhood for walking. Shanara is very friendly and quick to respond. I will definitely be back and would recommend this to Anyone looking to stay in this area.”

It was a rainy weekend…but we stayed in our little “haven” and watched movies! We can’t wait to come back and rent “Laurel”…one of the other apartments in the same building! And…next time, hopefully we will be able to enjoy the gorgeous courtyard with a charming bridge crossing over a koi pond! There is plenty of seating space to enjoy visiting...
