Palaces in Jackson

"Hotel was dirty and smelled like marijuana. We were given a key to a room that already had someone in it and walked in on them. The carpet was not vacuumed in the hallways and was covered in crumbs and dirt. This place did not feel safe nor sanitary. Highly recommend avoiding. "

"I enjoyed my 2 night stay it was quiet even though there was many guest. My room was cleaned decently. The hotel itself is nice but the tvs could be better quality and the refrigerator had to get replaced which was they did fast so I was happy about that. I’d stay here again when visiting Jackson, ms. "

"It was very clean and nice. Stuff were very proactive and nice. I love the service. Breakfast is included it wasnt much option for breakfast. I mean they provided coffee, two kind juice and Honey bun. But overall I liked staying here for cleanliness and beautiful room with amenities."

"Immediately left after checking in. The floors were covered in stains and the room smelled like vomit. There was also a strong smell of marijuana and urine in the parking lot. Would rate 0 stars if possible. "

"Was concerned with security in the area and front desk did not offer much reassurance by saying someone drove around the complex every hour or so. They were shared with the with the apartments near by and were vague on assurance the lot was safe since they gave no security cameras."

"I like the kitchenette area; the bathroom and the toilet wasn’t a low toilet; it was high enough to sit on and it was high enough to get up from the toilet seat without a struggle; what I dislike about the room was the water pipes under the sink in the kitchen came a loose; and when I told the front desk; no one never came to fix the sink all while we were there) and I didn’t like the idea that the beds was right at the front door entrance)only Kimberly was compassionate when she was there at work; she really did her part to help us)(66"

"We were in Jackson for the Mississippi Makers Fest. The hotel was located right in front of the Two Mississippi Museums where the event was held. We had an overall great experience."
