Good location, nice staff, but bad...

Even though the hotel is well located and the staff is polite, guests are required not to smoke, but someone who lives in the hotel do it. So the common areas smell to cigarette a lot, and sometimes you can feel that smell in the room as well.

Please spend the extra $20 and stay at a reasonable place. Graffiti everywhere and smell of urine. It’s a gangster area. Nothing happened walking late in the evening but I had to cross the street to avoid the gangsters. In the room only one plug worked which was in the bathroom so I had to wait to charge each devise. You have to pay extra for air conditioning. I didn’t dear to wash my hair as the water pressure was poor and the water would switch from hot to cold and then hot again.

Nice little B&B near Termini

Only a 5 minute stroll from the terravision bus stop and easy to find which was great. Check in was fast and Nadia the owner was lovely and very helpful. Within walking distance of the Trevi and Colosseum etc., and the beautiful Santa Maria Maggiore is just around the corner. Coffee and tea facilities are in the hall outside room, as well as a microwave, so a comfortable stay with everything we needed.

We reserved a twin room and when we got to the hotel they had a double room prepared for us. They gave us another room when we asked for a twin (again). During our 7 days stay at the hotel our bed was not changed once nor were our towels. The only thing they did was make the bed and take out the trash, but on some days it didn't even looked like they swept the room. The hotel advertises free Air conditioning but we were asked for a 5 Euro/per night fee if we wanted AC.

Pulito, in zona comoda

Nettes B&B

Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind einfach ausgestattet. Man sollte keinen Luxus erwarten.
