"I have stayed at cid properties a few times. This time around we stayed at cid castilla which we love. We wanted something more spacious and better views. Yadira was absolutely fabulous when upgrading us to a tower at moro cid with gorgeous views on 12th floor. Most employees at cid were very friendly and always at your service. "

"My daughter and I spent two nights at El Cid Moro Hotel in Mazatlán. We stayed at one of their junior suites. Our hotel room was big, nicely decorated, and it had the most amazing view ever. The bathroom had a funky smell, and the toilet bowl had yellow stains. We opted for the European plan which meant we had to buy our own drinks. We ended up paying almost 40 dollars for 2 drinks. The hotel didn’t have enough umbrellas and loungers by the beach, but it had 3 different swimming pools "

"The facility is nice and new what the property is advertising online is completely false. The hotel say 7 restaurants but only 3 are available the other 4 under construction, No Spa, room service never showed. Alot of the services are not available nor in use. For the price of this hotel I could've stayed elsewhere. "
