“We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and we especially loved the fire pit area and access to the backyard. Just a little note for future guests: there are three apartments in the house, and the washer and dryer are located in a shared common area. The neighbourhood was definitely a highlight! Great restaurants nearby, a lovely atmosphere, and beautiful historic streets lined with incredible character……

“We had an overall decent stay at this rental. Communication with the host was good throughout, and the check-in and check-out process was very easy and convenient. On our first night, the hot tub was not up to temperature, but the host handled it well and provided monetary compensation, which we appreciated. By the second night, the hot tub was fully up to temp and ready to enjoy. One thing worth noting is there was a slightly off-putting smell in the property that did not go away, even with the……

“Clean and comfortable in a great location. Quiet quarters. Host was incredible. Easy to communicate with. Wonderful experience.”

“Eric was incredibly responsive and helpful. The pizza oven made for a fun activity and he generously showed us how to use it! Highly recommend for your next stay in Minneapolis. The landscaping is incredible which Eric does himself!”

“It was a great rental. A hosts!”

“The unit was filthy inside and the key cafe initially didn’t work with my code. I decided to return to my home for the night instead staying there for my birthday stay-cation. Here’s what happened: I went to the key cafe and received a message saying my code was invalid. I entered the code 3-4 times and continued to receive the message. I called the number provided with my reservation and the call went straight to voicemail. A few moments later, I received a text from the number I called……

“We had a wonderful long weekend here with my wife and mother-in-law and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The apartment is in a great Northeast Minneapolis location, making it easy to walk to several outstanding restaurants, including Diane’s Place and Oro. It was also a convenient home base for exploring the rest of the city. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We made breakfast and lunch in the apartment each day, and the……

“Very well appointed space. We had everything we needed with great air conditioning during the extreme heat of July. Comfortable beds and linens, with ample space for the three of us. Good parking and quiet neighborhood close to attractions we were interested in enjoying. The host was attentive and made certain that we had everything we needed. Don't hesitate to book one of the three apartments.”
