The room was not clean. Bedspread had dog hair. Beer top under the heater. Sheets not clean. Pool was really nice though and the breakfast was very good.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. It was the perfect hotel to be able to visit Mall of America, it has a pedestrian walkway. The pool area was great
