“Staff were very nice and very responsive to my questions before arrival. This hotel is at the far end of Venice from the train station but very close to St. Mark's Square on the other side of the Grand Canal. Using the public water bus to get to the hotel and getting around is very easy. Our air con didn't work (October is the change over season from cooling to heating) so we opened the windows to air the room. Otherwise its a very nice pleasant place with nice staff.”

“Siamo tornati dopo qualche anno e abbia trovato una struttura decisamente cambiata. Servizio hotel sempre buono, camera pulita, parcheggio comodo, anche se la comunicazione non è stata all' altezza di un tempo, con richiesta di informazioni avvenuta via mail alla quale non ho ricevuto risposta, ho dovuto chiamare al telefono e mi ha risposto un messaggio registrato che diceva di comunicare via whatsapp, cosa strana e di sicuro non professionale. Arrivati sul posto abbiamo trovato un' atmosfera……

“Everything was excellent. I would add perfect. The surrounding were great; marina, beach, bike paths, easy to walk to the old town. The pool is magnificient with great view on the marina. The cuisine is excellent.”
