The hotel was very clean,safe and secure.Im a single parent with 10 yr old daughter and an 11yr old son both are blind.They love swimming,but it can be challenging getting them both in the pool.The pool attendant was very helpful and trustworthy.I also liked you had to wear yellow wrist bands to show you were guest of the hotel.Very safe is very important to the kids and i.Great job! To all the staff.

Gosh, the staff was very courteous & noticed the smallest details to ensure our stay was memorable. They greeted us with genuine care & I must say that they have been exceptionally trained in customer service. Food was delicious & well-presented. The room was clean & tidy. We loved our stay!

Room availability upon early arrival Staff was extremely friendly

The room I reserved was not showing up in the system so they tried to offer me two other rooms that my party would not fit in. Finally, they found a room, but she wasn’t sure if it was clean and sent me up to check it out. The room was clean, but the sofa bed was not made up. The lady at the front desk was by herself so when I went down, I had to go in the back room and get the bedding to make the sofa bed up myself. The hotel was very understaffed.
