The room was clean and had no bugs. But when we arrived, our room had no soap and only one thin bath towel. The door was warped, and the deadbolt was very difficult to latch. The AC unit was noisy and looked like coffee had spilled on it. To top things off, it is hard to get into because it faces a one way street and the neighborhood is not great. My wife did not feel safe.

Staff was great - but it was a bad experience. No water and phone wasn't working either in order to communicate with staff from the hotel.

Check in was fine, once in room the closet mirror door fell. Air conditioning worked but made a rattling noise. Made it difficult to get a good nights sleep.

Bathroom littl rough needs some tlc

The last night we had a large cockroach crawl on my arm in bed. When I went to the front to show them pictures and tell them about it, Magan at the front desk told me that she had already told the owner since I called before I went up there and that they did not care. We also found a cricket and a silverfish in the bathtub. Also I called in for an 11:30 checkout which was granted. At 10:55, the front desk called and said that they were gonna charge me for another night in five minutes. I had to remind him that I called for a late checkout. I’ve never had a hotel and all my years of traveling. Call and tell me they were gonna charge me another night if I was not gone in five minutes.
