“It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.”

“乾淨客房，員工服務好！”

“浴室的抽風機很吵，門卡鑰匙屢次失靈。”

“優異服務”

“Took staff over 5 minutes to acknowledge us when arriving for check in even though there were 3 staff members and only one other customer being helped. Room was ok, carpeted floor felt and sounded sticky, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided in shower were practically empty, food left in refrigerator from prior guest, breakfast buffet was disappointing, and the coffee was not good.”

“Really loved this stay - location, balcony in the Juliet suit overlooking market street and old city. Walking distance to many great places. This hotel is quaint and historic- would be nice if substantial breakfast was available at the restaurant as this part of philly has few breakfast options. Very comfortable stay.”

“The lobby is beautiful and the employees were very nice but our room left something to be desired. It smelled stale because the air had obviously been turned off for some time and the bathroom had wallpaper peeling off the wall. Ran out of toilet paper the first night because there was not a fresh roll in the bathroom on arrival and the tissue paper box had one tissue in it. A german cockroach was found alive in the bathroom as well. No room service upon return either. The beds had wrinkled……

“Everything was wonderful and easy from start to finish. Hotel staff is attentative and always available. The rooms were extremely nice. Most comfortable beds I've ever slept in at a hotel”
