Welcome to "Casa Familia," a charming holiday retreat located in Sa Pobla, ideal for those seeking relaxation and nature in a peaceful and welcoming setting. This house, carefully furnished by its owners, offers a comfortable 80 m² of space, perfect for up to 4 people. The spacious 500 m² garden is a true paradise, with beautiful lawns, lemon and olive trees, and a private 3 x 6 meter pool, where you can relax and enjoy the sun. The terrace features a dining area equipped with a barbecue and parasol, ideal for al fresco dining surrounded by nature. The layout of the house is practical and functional. The living room has an open kitchen with a dining area and a living room equipped with a TV, as well as direct access to the garden. The two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning (hot/cold), feature built-in wardrobes and large windows overlooking the garden, allowing you to enjoy the natural surroundings. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, providing comfort and functionality. For those who need to stay connected during their stay, the house has Wi-Fi and internet access, making this accommodation a convenient option for those who want to work remotely. "Casa Familia" is perfectly located at the foot of the majestic Tramuntana Mountains, in a quiet residential area that offers quick access to the motorway to Palma and the airport. The nearest beautiful beaches, such as Cala Sant Vicente, Puerto de Pollensa, Puerto de Alcudia, and Playa de Muro, are just a 15-minute drive away. Additionally, the nearest shops, such as Eroski and Lidl in Sa Pobla, are a 5-minute drive away.
