The area was peaceful and relaxing, and the skating rink being just a short walk away added so much fun to our Thanksgiving trip. “The two night stay was great. Everything was neat and clean and had everything you might need when away from home. The fenced area for the dog was nice. Sitting on the porch in the afternoon with a glass of wine in the peace and quiet watching the squirrels was nice. The property description indicated cable TV was available, however the property owner indicated there was no cable TV. Fortunately I brought my chromecast and was able to watch regular TV.”

“Great getaway spot. Adorable wood cottage with lots of kitsch. The cabin was much larger than we expected. The fireplace area has a cozy sitting room that we (and our dog) enjoyed. The town of Twain Harte is very cute, too. The only negative was that we thought the hot tub area was a little exposed and not private from close by neighbors or the road. ”
