“Our cottage (the Dillon) was lovely, with such a picturesque view from the living room! I loved all the beautiful flowers and plants covering the property. The cottage was very roomy, with a large bathroom and full kitchen. The host was very communicative, check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the price was very reasonable. “I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this resort. Before booking the tent, I specifically called and asked whether it included a heater because I was traveling with my 6-year-old child. The person I spoke with assured me that the tent had a heater and all the amenities we would need. At $150 per night, I trusted that information and made the reservation. When we arrived around 8:00 p.m., we discovered that the tent had none of the amenities we were promised. There was no heater,……
